Welcome! We are excited to welcome your kindergarten student to the Auburn-Washburn family! Please complete the following information to receive information about roundup, bootcamp, and registration. We will email information to the address provided on this form. Please note that your child must turn five on or before August 31, 2024 in order to be eligible for kindergarten for the 2024-2025 school year.

Kindergarten Roundup will take place at your child's home school on Friday, April 5, 2024. If at all possible, please bring with you the following documents:
  • Birth certificate
  • Up-to-date immunization records
  • Proof of home address (real estate contract, lease agreement, utility bill)
  • Up-to-date health assessment
